What is Coaching?
Coaching focuses on this moment forward, whereas therapy often is centered on working on issues from the past to cope and manage life today. Though spending some time on past issues may be helpful in a coaching session, most sessions will be from the present to where you want to be in the future. In doing so clients set their own goals and achieve positive outcomes for the short and long term all with the coach's help.

Coaching is a partnership between the coach and client, this connection is extremely important and powerful. As a coach I mentor, guide, teach and accompany clients on their own paths. I do not have answers for my clients, I ask questions to help them shed light on their own inner knowing and assist them in getting out of their own way. A coaching session provides a non-judgmental, dedicated and confidential listening space, that brings wisdom, encouragement and clarity and helps clients step into who they truly are. It helps clients remove the clutter from their unique path to create the joyful and meaningful lives they were meant for.
